Description

This is an inexpensive hood for those that are not sure if they want to use one on their hawk.  They are interior sewn. See the Sizing Chart below to fit your hawk.

(In-Stock Hoods: The hood is in-stock if the hood size number is seen in the pull-down window above. All sizes are the same color.)

How to use this chart: Look at the sex and species of the hawk you are trying to fit and notice that there will be a few sizes within the overall chart that fit your particular hawk. Choose the size that will best fit your particular specimen.

Note on Fitting Hoods:
From tiercel peregrine right up to large gyrfalcon this is a good hood and accurate chart. A great many hoods have been made to develop this sizing chart. However, no two hawks are exactly the same and some will simply be difficult to fit. Sometimes it may take one or two fittings to get just the right hood, and we suggest ordering a couple hoods within the size range for a specific species and sex of hawk. Return the hoods that don't fit once you've determined the correct size. Please review our Hood Return Policy below.

Hoods Return & Exchange Policy:

We are willing to exchange hoods if they do not fit properly but they must be returned to us in an as-new resalable condition. We will not accept returns if your dog chews it, your hawk scratches it, you stuff it in a box for the return trip that is too small, there is meat caked in it, or any other conceivable abuse that results in Western Sporting not being able to sell it "as-new" upon return. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
