This Standard Frame Set-Up fits both sizes of nets for total versatility:
Small Net: 32" x 50" x 2" squares -- raptors from 0 to 22 ounces.
Standard Net: 36" x 60" x 3" squares -- raptors from 16 ounces on up in size.

Quick and easy set-up allows for ease in trapping of that hawk or falcon. The net is "captive" on the rods so it does not become hopelessly entangled, even after having been deployed during trapping. The rods unscrew from the custom-made bases and they have ferrules in the center so that the entire kit breaks down and stores well when not in use (or the ferrule may be joined permanently with a drop or two of superglue). The frame on this standard trap is designed to hold both the standard net (36" x 60" x 3") for larger hawks AND the small net for small hawks (32" x 50" x 2").
We make the nets right here at Western Sporting. They are available in Small or Standard in black, white, charcoal gray and sand. They are very fine yet extremely strong. You should have an extra net on hand when trapping. (See Item: FE3201 Below.)
The frame and net are set-up and ready to go straight out of the box--you just add the bait bird and wild hawk. The frame is constructed of strong, hollow fiberglass tubing and it includes a weight with jesses for bait birds.
