ORDER INFORMATION: Items in stock are subject to prior sale. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to fill all orders within 1 business day, but this is not always possible. Please anticipate up to 3 days processing time when placing an order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For first time customer that are placing large orders be aware that we may need to contact you for additional information that will be required prior to processing and shipping your order. This additional information may also be required for orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match.

RETURNS POLICY: If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us for return instructions up to 90 days after purchase. Items returned without an RMA number or prior approval will not be accepted. For items returned within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund or a credit which is subject to credit card processing fees of 6.5%. After 30 days or longer, we may assess a 20% re-stocking fee. We cannot refund or exchange items if they arrive at Western Sporting in anything other than new condition. Returned items that have failed due to use other than what they were intended for, will not be accepted. SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.: Unless we receive specific instructions your order will be sent via the safest and most economical method available. It will be billed out at our lowest possible cost. If a package is over-sized or especially heavy, we may contact you with alternatives. Email addresses are very helpful when processing all orders!

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.: Orders sent to countries outside of the USA are generally shipped United States Postal Service Air Mail. Expedited shipping with UPS or FedEx is available. Please note there may be additional customs fees upon receipt of your order; Western Sporting is not responsible for these fees as we have no ability to control them.

PAYMENT: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. PAYPAL is accepted. Wire transfers, Western Union, checks and money orders in U.S. funds accepted also. Orders placed through the mail with a personal check will have a mandatory two week waiting period prior to the products being sent out.
